90miles of Riding....
Saturday we totalled 90miles as a family all on bikes!
I got in 48, before hooking up with the family....
and Mommy got her first 20m ride in since 2008!
I towed the boyz for another 11miles and was the
only dude pulling a trailer on a road bike with a powertap!
JR doing a little Biathlon after the ride, but needed to be sure he stayed hydrated....
