Lookout Mr. Phelp's--JR's looking for 9Golds.....

JR & Dad went for thier first Father / Son jog. A quick 5mile loop from the house. JR logged 8miles last week, this week we go for 9! As you can see below, he was soooooo excited about running with dad!!!

Cyling 'n' Utah

Big thanks to my wonderful wife who let me go to Utah to ride my bike for an extended weekend. Also to John Lynch for pulling it all together. Overall I covered 200miles, climbed 25,000 ft and J. Lynch got some of it on tape. Here's a video re-cap of the weekend---Enjoy!
